All orders placed at Atelier d’Vinho have a maximum payment term of 15 days. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Orders may be canceled when expressly requested by the customer through one of the following contacts, prior to shipment of orders. After confirming the shipment of the order, the customer is requested to contact Garrafeira Nacional so that, together with it, the most appropriate solution can be found.
hrough the Atelier d’Vinho Online Store, payments are accepted through the Multibanco Reference, MBWAY (both for customers with a bank account in Portugal), Bank Transfer, Paypal and Boleto Bancaria (the latter for clients resident in Brazil).

The order statuses in Garrafeira Nacional are comprised in 3 phases: Pending, Processing and Completed.

a) Pending – Awaits payment entry in the Atelier d’Vinho system;
b) In Processing – Phase in which the payment has already been received, and the order is in processing and in preparation / preparation;
c) On Hold – Await additional confirmations with the customer to proceed with the order. Exceptional phase.
d) Finished – The order has already been shipped / sent.

Payments are received in euros, irrespective of the currency in which the transaction takes place, the conversion rates for payments made in other currencies will have to be borne by the customer.

Aos preços apresentados nos produtos acresce o respetivo valor dos portes, a cada encomenda, que são calculados com base na soma de dois fatores: o custo de embalamento e o custo de transporte. O custo de embalamento por cada garrafa é de 2 € (euros). O custo de transporte depende do peso da encomenda e do respetivo destino de entrega. Esse valor dos portes poderá ser simulado dentro do carrinho de compras com os produtos pretendidos adicionados e preenchendo todos os campos solicitados do simulador. O total de portes será, igualmente, automaticamente calculado ao efetuar a sua encomenda na Loja Online. Salienta-se que os factores deste cálculo poderão ser variáveis e sofrer alterações sem aviso prévio.
